F.P.JOURNE - OFFICIAL PARTNER OF THE RIVA TROPHY
Monaco, June 29 and 30, 2024 - The 15th edition of the Riva Trophy, orchestrated by Madame Lia Riva in collaboration with the Yacht Club de Monaco, was held on the French Riviera.

The 15th edition of the Riva Trophy, orchestrated by Madame Lia Riva in collaboration with the Yacht Club de Monaco, was held on the French Riviera. This iconic event brought together enthusiasts for a weekend of celebration and competition, honouring Riva's heritage and expertise.

The link between F.P.Journe and Riva was naturally built around shared values such as authenticity and tradition. Two Maisons that, each within their own field, express in their own way a quest for perfection through their creations.

The 2024 edition of the Riva Trophy was marked by international participation, with crews from France, Italy, Monaco and other parts of the world. In all, some twenty yachts took part in this nautical adventure, including legendary models such as the Aquarama, the 56' Rivale, the 88' Folgore and the 90' Argo.

The first day began with a briefing in Monaco's legendary Riva Tunnel, dug in 1959 and home to the brand's famous mahogany runabouts. After a presentation detailing the regatta instructions, the yachts left in the late morning for a regularity race to St-Tropez, followed by a chic lunch on La Serena beach. The festivities continued in the evening with dinner at the Musée de l'Annonciade, complete with an immersive 3D art experience. The highlight of the second day was the elegance contest, where participants competed in creativity and style.

The highlight of the weekend was the prize-giving ceremony at the Yacht Club de Monaco, where the race-winning couple were presented with two watches from the élégante by F.P.Journe collection: a 40 mm Titalyt® case set with diamonds for her and a 48 mm Titalyt® case for him, both with luminescent dial and turquoise rubber strap.
