François-Paul Journe and H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco today unveiled, at the Riva Aquarama Lounge of the Yacht Club de Monaco, a unique piece: a chronograph created to benefit the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation.

After making Rattrapante and FlyBack chronographs, as well as Centigraphe, this is the first time François-Paul Journe has created a classic chronograph.

The dial features a central chronograph hand, a 30-minute counter at 3 o'clock and a tachymeter scale. The movement's small-seconds display is positioned at 9 o'clock, with the large date at 6 o'clock. The 42 mm two-tone case combines Platinum with 18K 6N Gold for the caseband, crown and pushers, and bears the engraving "Fondation Albert II - 2026" on the caseback. The burgundy lacquered dial features numerals inspired by oracle bones, the earliest form of Chinese writing, a tachymeter scale in whitened Silver, and grey sapphire counters with Titanium surrounds. The large date aperture is in sandblasted white Gold, while the Steel hands are matt rhodium-plated, ivory-coloured and red lacquered.

F.P.Journe has supported the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation since 2018. Established in 2006 by the Sovereign Prince, the Foundation works to protect the environment and promote sustainable development. Its efforts focus on mitigating the effects of climate change and promoting renewable energy, preserving biodiversity, managing water resources and combating desertification in the Mediterranean Basin, the Polar Regions and the Least Developed Countries.

This watch will be auctioned in partnership with Phillips on 25 November 2026, during the "Voyage Extraordinaire" gala dinner at Raffles Sentosa Singapore, held to mark the Foundation's 20th anniversary. All proceeds from the sale will go to the Foundation.
